SUMMARY:Silk Scarf Printing Workshop with Katya Lebrija
DESCRIPTION:Natural Printing is an exciting process in which fabric is bundled with foliage and steamed to achieve colorful permanent prints\, creating one-of-a-kind pieces. \nArtist Katya Lebrija will lead this three hour workshop to further explore the process and use your skills to design and create a 25”x25” 100% silk scarf.  Learn how to make a mordant and apply it to the silk.  \nOnce you've created and assembled your "bundle" it will be steamed and unrolled to reveal your entirely unique botanical design.   \n$200 per person \nAn introductory workshop to learn and experiment with the process will be held on April 25. Details here \nIf you take both the introduction to Eco Printing Workshop on 4/25 (price $100) and the Silk Scarf printing workshop on 5/2 (price $200) we can offer both workshops for a discounted price of $270. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nI was born and raised in Mexico City\, where I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Anáhuac in 1995 and worked as a freelance graphic designer until December 1999\, when my husband and I moved our family to the United States. \nI have explored various artistic mediums\, from watercolors and acrylics to printmaking. My current artistic focus lies in mixed media. I am deeply engaged in creating pieces incorporating various materials\, including acrylics\, paper\, leftover monotypes\, fabric\, gesso\, ink\, charcoal\, and oil sticks. \nMy paintings have been featured in exhibitions in my home state of Connecticut\, Vermont\, New York City and my native Mexico City. In addition to participating in juried shows\, I have had the honor of hosting solo exhibitions and winning awards\, a testament to my growing recognition in the artistic space. \nI currently work in my home studio\, and also enjoy painting with a group of local artists in CT.

SUMMARY:Intro To Eco-Printing Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Natural Printing is an exciting process in which fabric is bundled with foliage and steamed to achieve colorful permanent prints\, creating one-of-a-kind pieces. \nArtist Katya Lebrija will lead this two hour workshop to introduce the process of printing using a piece of 27”x27” cotton fabric.  Participants will experiment and learn how different plants make their unique mark on the fabric. \nYou'll design and create your "bundle" (which is how the fabric is actually printed) which is then steamed and unrolled to reveal your unique design.   \n$100 / person \nA follow-up Silk Scarf printing workshop will be held on May 2. \nIf you take both the introduction to Eco Printing Workshop (price $100) and the following Silk Scarf printing workshop on 5/2 (price $200) we can offer both workshops for a discounted price of $270. \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nI was born and raised in Mexico City\, where I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Anáhuac in 1995 and worked as a freelance graphic designer until December 1999\, when my husband and I moved our family to the United States.

The focus is on developing an original piece from idea to final presentation\, with guidance at each step. \nDuring the first class\, we will discuss the theme and idea for each student’s piece. Participants may choose a short text they would like to work with — for example\, a poem\, song lyrics\, or a quote that feels meaningful to them. We will talk about the mood and meaning they want to express through the work\, and begin looking at references and visual inspiration. \nIn the second class\, we will focus on sketches and composition. We will explore how to place the text on the page\, how to organize the layout\, and what expressive elements could be added. If a student wishes\, they may combine calligraphy with drawing\, watercolor\, or collage. If they do not have those skills\, that is absolutely fine — the text itself can become the main artistic element. \nIn the third class\, we will work on developing the artwork in its intended format and size. For example\, if the final piece will be created on A3 paper\, we will already begin sketching and practicing at that scale\, using the chosen style and composition. \nIn the final class\, students will create the finished artwork\, or complete the main part of it so they can finalize any remaining details at home. By the end of the series\, together with a few small homework assignments between classes\, each student should have a completed original calligraphy artwork. \nThe final piece can be small\, such as A3 size\, or larger if desired. We can also explore different materials\, such as colored paper — for example\, white gouache on a dark background can look especially striking. If a student already has calligraphy experience\, we can build on the scripts they know. If they do not\, we can work with their own natural handwriting as a starting point and transform it into a more expressive artistic piece. \nThe goal of the series is for each student to leave with a real finished artwork that reflects their personal idea and could be framed or submitted for exhibition.Across the series\, students will move through a structured creative process: selecting and refining text\, gathering visual references\, exploring layout and composition\, and producing sketches to test style\, spacing\, and rhythm. Students will then develop their strongest concept into a final finished artwork\, combining lettering with ink\, watercolor\, and expressive mark-making as desired. \nThe series supports both beginners and returning students. Instruction will be adapted to each student’s experience level\, with clear demonstrations\, feedback\, and one-on-one support to help bring individual ideas to completion. \nMembers $240 / Non Members $260 \nPlease register below \nCancellation policy – Refunds can be issued if requested more than 2 weeks in advance of the class starting\, minus a $20 processing fee \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDina Ruzha is a local illustrator\, calligrapher\, and lettering artist who tells stories through bold characters\, expressive letterforms\, and color palettes that stop the scroll. \nShe specializes in book covers for romance\, romcom\, romantasy\, and YA — with a particular love for illustrated characters paired with custom hand-drawn titles. Her focus is always on color\, emotion\, and composition so that each cover not only stands out beautifully on digital storefronts but also connects instantly with the right readers. \nHer work has been exhibited at the United Nations\, where she was honored to perform live calligraphy and speak as part of their cultural programming. Today\, she also shares this craft through calligraphy workshops\, helping people discover the beauty of the written word and even creating custom commissions like family trees and marriage certificates. \nHer love for travel and exploring places with heart has led me to create illustrated maps — capturing food\, people\, and lifestyle with warmth\, detail\, and charm.

SUMMARY:Human Design: Virtual Integration Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Virtual Integration Workshop\nApril 14 | 1.5hr Zoom \nDue to the impact of our second workshop\, this session is being offered as a live virtual experience to revisit and deepen this work. \nWe will be moving through the same material (recap below “Aligned Truth”)\, with space to integrate\, reflect\, and release what is no longer yours to carry. \nYou’ll receive a guided workbook with reflection prompts to support you during the session and beyond\, helping you continue anchoring this work in your daily life. \nIf you felt the depth of our first or second workshop\, or feel called to join us for the third\, this session will support you in stepping more fully into your truth so you can arrive ready to rewrite your story from a place of clarity and alignment. \nParticipant Testimonial: “Working with Brianne has been life changing. By better understanding my true self\, I’ve been able to shift my mindset from force to flow and unlearn many of my old ways that were causing me stress. With her support\, I’ve completely shifted the way I show up in the world\, from my business to my friends and family. I am now using her teachings with my kids to help them discover themselves and make their own aligned decisions. I am so grateful I found her — she’s such a gift!“ \nAligned Truth: Releasing Who You Are Not\nConditioning • Centers • Profile • Mid-Winter Clearing\nIn this session\, we explore the Human Design Centers – the places in your chart that show where your habits\, patterns\, and emotional cycles come from. Many of the behaviors you struggle with didn’t start with you; they were absorbed from family\, culture\, or years of trying to be who others needed you to be. You’ll also learn about your Profile\, how you see yourself and how others naturally see you\, so you can understand your true role and show up with more confidence\, authenticity\, and alignment. \nThis session is interactive and hands-on. You’ll receive a personalized workbook to help you identify where conditioning lives in your chart\, what patterns you’re carrying that aren’t truly yours\, and what parts of yourself you’re ready to release. Winter’s energy supports this kind of work\, helping you let go with more ease\, less pressure\, and less effort. \nThis session is for you if…\nA lot of the cycles and habits you’re tired of repeating actually live in your Centers and many of them aren’t yours to carry. If you’re feeling like you’re meant for more\, like life doesn’t look or feel the way you hoped it would\, or you can sense in your heart that something needs to shift\, this session will help you find your way back to yourself. We use Human Design as a map and work with the current planetary and seasonal energy so release can happen more smoothly with less force and more flow. \nYou will leave with:\n – A clearer understanding of who you are — and who you are not\n – Insight into the patterns and pressures shaping your behavior\n – Tools to release emotional and energetic weight\n – A deeper sense of your natural strengths and your Profile\n – Winter practices to support inner calm and clarity\n – A grounded foundation for Session 3: Aligned Expression \n  \nSession 3 | April 29 | Aligned Renewal: Planting Seeds for Authentic Expansion (Rewriting Your Story) With the arrival of spring and the energetic new year\, participants will be ready to consciously plant new seeds.\nIn this session\, we’ll weave Human Design with quantum alignment practices to rewrite their story and step into their highest expression. The transformation: clarity\, confidence\, and empowered action — flowing with their energy into 2026 and taking quantum leaps toward deeper fulfillment and aligned expression. \nTransformation Across the Series\nBy the end of this journey\, participants will be flowing with their natural energy\, making aligned decisions with confidence\, and embodying their true creative power. They’ll leave with tools to release what no longer serves them\, align with their highest potential\, and take quantum leaps into 2026 with authenticity and ease. \n$30 / person\, pls register below \nCancellation policy: In the event you must cancel\, refunds can be issued if requested 2 weeks in advance\, minus a $20 processing fee. If you cancel two weeks or less before the workshop date\, we will consider your purchase a donation and will happily issue you a donation receipt. \n  \nBrianne Cuttler is an Intuitive Alignment Coach\, Certified Life & Success Coach\, and Quantum Human Design Specialist who helps others reconnect to their true energy\, remember who they are\, and live with clarity\, ease\, and fulfillment. \nAs the founder of Be Aligned\, Brianne bridges the worlds of science and spirit blending Human Design\, astrology\, nervous system wisdom\, and intuitive guidance to help you align with your natural flow. Her work is rooted in the belief that alignment isn’t something you find it’s something you return to & embody. \nThrough her signature immersive workshops and seasonal rituals\, Brianne guides clients through energetic shifts that awaken purpose\, expand possibility\, and bring life back into harmony. \nA former HR leader with over a decade of experience\, Brianne brings a grounded understanding of human behavior\, emotional intelligence\, and leadership to her deeply spiritual work.  \nBrianne’s gift lies in seeing the unseen helping you uncover the patterns\, conditioning\, and energy dynamics keeping you stuck\, and guiding you home to your authentic frequency \n\n
