Betsy Allen-Magratten has been practicing yoga and meditative arts for over 30 years. She teaches joyful, inclusive and safe movement for every body. Betsy is a RYT 200, and a certified Pilates Mat instructor. Betsy was awarded a MA from NYU’s Gallatin School where she devised her own methodology of teaching holistic voice-work, and a BFA in Drama from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Currently, Betsy is studying and writing about how yoga and somatic breathing practices, together, promote healthy eating, and can impact the healing of eating disorders with Eat, Breathe, Thrive®️.
