Calling all artists, artisans and vendors!

The inaugural Arts Fest was a great success with over 1,000 visitors in attendance!

Highlights: 25+ Vendors • Live Music • Food Trucks • Kids Crafts

Artist, Artisan and Vendor booth applications accepted on a rolling basis until space is full (no later than August 11, 2024).

Accepted exhibitors will be promoted through event signage, local publicity, social media, and on the Carriage Barn website. Mediums to be considered include: Ceramics, drawing, fiber arts, glass, jewelry, leather, metalwork, painting, paper goods, photography, prints, woodwork, and locally made artisanal products (such as candles, honey, jams, oils, soaps, etc.)

Application fee: Free for current Carriage Barn Arts Center members and $25 for non-members.

Artist|Artisan Booth fee: $200 for Carriage Barn members and $250 for non-members

Special Artisan Booth Fee (If all of your goods are priced under $30, you can apply for this specially priced option) : $150 (Members and Non-members) Limited number available.

2nd Annual Waveny Arts Festival from 10am-4pm on Sunday, October 6th, 2024 Submission deadline is August 11, 2024 (by midnight). Inviting mixed media artists and artisans. Please be sure to upload up to 4 images with samples of your artwork/goods and 1 image of your booth set up with work displayed. Exhibitor acceptance notifications will be sent on a rolling basis and acceptance is only guaranteed after payment for booth has been received and processed.
