Hone your drawing skills while taking inspiration from plant life and the landscape of Waveny Park. All skill levels welcome, join one or all three sessions!
Among the summer foliage, draw in gestural and realistic techniques.
Instructor Evelyn Harvey will review and provide guidance on your drawing skills, implementing line quality, scale and proportion, and value.
– Meet in the Carriage Barn classroom to review materials, a drawing demonstration, and ideal drawing locations close to the CBAC building, then go into park to draw. Meet back at the Carriage Barn classroom before 7pm to review drawings and thoughts.
– Please bring your materials of choice (we will have some boards, tape, pencils and paper on hand as well).
– Outdoor drawing materials: White drawing paper, newsprint paper, charcoal, pencils, eraser, drawing board, tape, easel.
