Signature Holiday Exhibition Opportunity

This annual show is a Carriage Barn tradition drawing hundreds of shoppers to bid on holiday wreaths, buy small, original artwork, limited-edition prints, sculpture and/or other handcrafted items.   Artisan marketplace features a curated selection of handcrafted ornaments, jewelry, textiles, cards, candles & gifts by local artisans.  

The gallery is open Tuesday-Saturday 10am-3pm & Sunday 1-5pm, as well as for special events.  

ARTISTS & ARTISANS…

Submit small, original artwork (up to 24″ x 24″, $500 or less), limited-edition prints, sculpture and/or other handcrafted items for our annual Deck The Walls exhibit.

Artisan submissions may include:
handmade ornaments, jewelry, ceramics, candles, textiles, cards, wood craft.

Artwork and other items will be accepted at the discretion of the exhibition committee.

IMPORTANT DATES: 

Submission deadline: Friday, Nov. 13 (midnight)

Notification by email: Rolling, no later than Tuesday, Nov. 17

Art delivery: Sun, Nov. 22 (1-3pm) or Mon, Nov. 23 (10am-1pm)

Annual Deck The Walls Holiday Party: Thursday, Dec. 3 from 5-8pm

* Holiday Pop-Up Market 1: Saturday, December 5, 11am-3pm (festive indoor/outdoor market with additional vendors, refreshments, entertainment and more) 

* Holiday Pop-Up Market 2: Sunday, December 6, Noon-4pm (festive indoor/outdoor market with additional vendors, refreshments, entertainment and more) 

Deck The Walls Family Day: Saturday, December 12 (Free, family crafts & activities)

Pick-up unsold work: December 18/19

* Vendor priority is reserved for 2026 Waveny Park Arts Festival participants.  Please email [email protected] if you are interested in particiating. 

Current members: $25 entry fee, 30% commission to Carriage Barn

Non-members: $40 entry fee, 30% commission to Carriage Barn
