Cooking & Crafting Easter Edition

Prepare for the Easter holiday at this special afternoon cooking class with Jane Mossa of The Pink Rhubarb!
Kids ages 7 & up will craft beautiful sweet bread for Easter. We will learn how to use butter to enrich our bread dough and discover the foundations of brioche and make hot cross buns together for a take and bake workshop. We will discover sweet yeast breads, basics of kneading and shaping breads as well as add ins and how we can make more than just hot cross buns with this versatile dough.
Guided by Jane, this fun and educational experience goes beyond just following a recipe — kids will explore creativity and learn the balance of flavors and textures.
This fun hands-on session will help foster a love for cooking and creativity in the kitchen and develops children’s confidence, plus they will bring home a delicious hot cross buns and contribute to your Easter / Spring table!
