Life Drawing Evening Class

FALL/WINTER
Every other Tuesday from 7-9pm
A new Fall series of Drop in Sketch has started and will continue every other Tuesday.
Dates:
September 19 – Drop in Sketch, 7-9pm
October 3 – Life Drawing Session focusing on portraiture with clothed model, 6-9pm
October 17 – Drop in Sketch, 7-9pm
November 7 – Life Drawing Session, full figure with clothed model, 6-9pm
November 21 – Drop in Sketch, 7-9pm
Drop in Sketch: Work on a different still life composition in pencil/charcoals using newsprint technique. Come work with others in a relaxed and supportive environment, facilitated by Vanessa Curri. If desired, BYO snack/beverage of choice.
Bring your own supplies, pencil and kneaded erasers only please. Stools and drawing boards will be provided.

Life Drawing: Come experience our first life-model session at the Carriage Barn! Life Drawing sessions are 3 hours, 6-9pm.
The first session on Oct 3 will be focusing on portraiture. Leave your harsh critique at the door and you will surprise yourself by using a playful but observant mindset. Vanessa will be on hand to guide you through some exercises that can loosen you up and find new ways of seeing.
The second session on November 7 will be full-figure, starting with short gestures and building up to larger poses.
