Kids ages 7 & up will make 6” apple crumb pies from scratch to take home and bake for the Thanksgiving holiday!
Guided by Jane, this fun and educational experience goes beyond just following a recipe — kids will explore creativity and learn the balance of flavors and textures.
While crusts require precise measurements, the filling allows for a more relaxed approach where ratios and personal taste can guide decisions. Adding elements like lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, or even fresh lavender can introduce exciting new flavors and encourage young bakers to experiment.
This fun hands-on session will help foster a love for cooking and creativity in the kitchen and develops children’s confidence, plus they will bring home a delicious pie to bake and contribute to your holiday table!
