Weekly Drop-in class Sunday mornings through March (excludes 12/17, 12/24 and 12/31)
Classes are open to students of all levels and offer accessible alignment principles and biomechanics from which students can be playful, explore their creative potential, heal, and transform.
In addition to yoga poses, classes include opportunities for pranayama (breathing) and meditation. All bodies are welcome.
$15 minimum donation

Jody Kesten, E-RYT 500, Authorized Teacher of Meditation, has passionately taught yoga for over 20 years. Dedicated to her craft she has studied biomechanics, anatomy, therapeutics, meditation, mindfulness, breathing and relaxation exercises under the guidance of experts in the field of yoga.
Jody addresses the needs of her students through time-tested teachings of yoga, as well as newly informed scientific research.
