Join us Saturday mornings for a continuing wellness collaboration between the Carriage Barn and Diane Nickelberg Barnett and introducing yoga instructor Talita Moss. This Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath series will engage both body and mind to help melt away the stresses of the week and start your weekend right!

After a brief opening meditation, we’ll stretch and loosen up with a gentle yoga practice, accompanied by the soft sounds of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and more. You’ll then sink into an extended Savasana like no other while you become immersed in the magical sounds of the healing instruments, creating vibrational energy to lull you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state.

Open to all levels; no experience needed. Please bring a mat and any other props for comfort- blanket, bolster, pillow, eye covering, etc.

$40 per class / $210 series of 6 classes (register below)

Diane Barnett is the founder of Grounded Meditation and a successful NYC Real Estate attorney who realized years ago that she needed something to help balance the stress and chaos of her busy and demanding career. Diane is a graduate of Cornell University and CUNY School of Law, and holds multiple certifications in teaching meditation and yoga (including Yoga Nidra), sound healing, tapping (EFT), and has completed training as a Dancing Mindfulness Facilitator.

Talita Moss is a yoga teacher and ELDOA trainer in coastal CT. Practicing since 2004 and teaching since 2013, Talita focuses on teaching sustainable movement practices with attention to joint health and strength. Her classes invite students to explore the potential in their bodies with curiosity and play, approaching movement in a way that is nourishing for the body and soothing for the nervous system.
