The Annual Member Show celebrates the range, interests, and talents of artist members working across all subjects, styles, and media.  Many shared work that reflects on, relates to, or was created in the year 2020.   While some expressed struggles with the profound uncertainty, sadness, and isolation over the last several months, these challenges overwhelmingly resulted in a collective need to focus on the future, and to express something positive, joyful or soothing.  These artists found inspiration in nature, color, everyday surroundings, loved ones, or nostalgia for the past.  Many experimented with new techniques and mediums.  As always, the work in this show represents the quality and diversity of our membership — but also the enduring drive to create and power of art to transform, lift spirits and create change.
