ANNUAL MEETING / ART + DESIGN PANEL

DONNA BENEDETTO is a decorative artist working in many different mediums including paper, oil, glass, wood and metal.  She owns Donna Benedetto Designs, a full-service interior design firm specializing in classic design with a modern twist.  
 
MIGGS BURROUGHS is a full-time graphic artist, who has designed hundreds of logos, ads, brochures, and websites for commercial and non-profit clients throughout Fairfield County. He has won acclaim for his lenticular photographs, that explore change and transition in his subjects. He is also a founding member of the Artists Collective of Westport, and was the first Artist in Residence at the Westport Library. 
 
YVONNE CLAVELOUX is an abstract artist that creates mixed media pieces that explore color and form. Her works are exhibited in several galleries and stores in the Northeast and Florida. Her creative journey has taken many forms, from running her own interior design firm to working as head stylist for AtHome Magazine. 
 
THOMAS HEALY works in oil, acrylic and watercolors and primarily paints landscapes.  He has spent time as an elementary art teacher and corporate art director for 15 years.  A principal of a full-service marketing agency he designs branding campaigns and materials in addition to architectural house renderings and illustrations.  
 
EMILY KELTING is a photographer and owner of GreatScapes, a full service landscape design, installation and maintenance company that has served over 200 properties from Greenwich to Easton in the past 17 years.  She has taught both landscape design and photography classes through the New York Botanical Garden and is a speaker for the Garden Club of America.
 
KELLY ROSSETTI spent 14 years in the fashion industry in visual merchandising and sales before becoming a full time painter.  She credits her color influence to time spent analyzing color combinations and coordinating collections.
 
AMY VISCHIO is an abstract artist exploring color and texture in her large scale pieces.  An arts and design professional skilled in photography, design, branding & identity, editorial planning,integrated marketing and management, she has led the creative direction of the Moffly Media publications for 16 years.
 
ANDERSON KENNY launched his residential and commercial architecture firm in 2014 after nearly two decades of working for industry leaders such as Peter Marino, Michael Graves and Sawyer/Berson.  The firm embodies a charismatic approach to the art of architecture.  He joined the board of directors of the Carriage Barn Arts Center in 2018.

 


NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of the Members of the New Canaan Society for the Arts, Inc. will be held virtually at 6:30 PM on Thursday, October 8, 2020 for the Carriage Barn Arts Center, Waveny Park, 681 South Avenue (Route 124), New Canaan CT, for the following purposes:

A. Presentation of Directors:  The following candidates are presented to the members for the 2020-2021 slate of the New Canaan Society for the Arts Board of Directors:
