Applications accepted on a rolling basis until space is full

Accepted exhibitors will be promoted through event signage, local publicity, social media, and on the Carriage Barn website. View the 2024 Arts Festival directory
Mediums considered include: Ceramics, drawing, fiber arts, glass, jewelry, leather, metalwork, painting, paper goods, photography, prints, woodwork, and locally made artisanal products (such as candles, honey, jams, oils, soaps, etc.)
The Arts Festival is rain or shine, however in the event of an extreme weather circumstances, it will be rescheduled to October 12

Application fee: Free for current Carriage Barn Arts Center members and $25 for non-members.

Artist|Artisan Booth fee: $225 for Carriage Barn members and $275 for non-members.

Special Artisan Booth Fee (If all of your goods are priced under $30, you can apply for this specially priced option) : $150 (Members and Non-members) Limited number available.

Waveny Arts Festival Application 2025

3rd Annual Waveny Arts Festival from 10am-4pm on Sunday, September 28th, 2025 Submission deadline is August 1, 2025 (by midnight). Inviting mixed media artists and artisans. Please be sure to upload up to 4 images with samples of your artwork/goods and 1 image of your booth set up with work displayed. Exhibitor acceptance notifications will be sent on a rolling basis and acceptance is only guaranteed after payment for booth has been received and processed.
