The body speaks constantly, through tension and tiredness, yet few of us were ever taught how to listen. Over one unhurried Sunday morning, Dr. Lilia Gorodinsky guides you inward to notice what your body is signaling and what it needs, through muscle testing and gentle work across the emotional, spiritual, and somatic. Three hours. One morning. A return to yourself. Small by intention, so each gathering can hold you. Not a substitute for medical advice. Mats, blankets and pillows are provided.

Dr. Gorodinsky is board certified in Family Practice and NeuroMusculoSkeletal Medicine with a special proficiency in osteopathic manipulation and cranial osteopathy. She has also completed here acupuncture training, advance PRP/prolotherapy training, perineural therapy and has extensive training in nutrition including IV therapy.
