Pilates builds a balanced body with an emphasis on core strength, alignment, coordination, and overall mobility.
Carissa is deeply committed to movement. She is a public school dance educator and fitness instructor. She is trained in classical and contemporary mat classes and adapts her teaching to the bodies in front of her. She started Papaya Pilates in 2021 to bring the brightest pop-up and private classes to New England.
