Gratitute has a way of bringing us back to what truly matters - the people we love, the moments that have shaped us, and the simple things that bring beauty to our lives.
Join holistic practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher Rebecca Weinstein for an intimate evening of grounding, creativity, connection, and gratitude.
We'll begin with a grounding meditation led by Rebecca, creating space to slow down, settle the body, and arrive. From there, we'll gather round the table to create a beautiful Gratitude Box, a meaningful gift for someone special in our lives.
As we create, we'll reflect on the people, experiences and moments we're grateful for, allowing those feelings to inspire the gift we're making. No artistic experience is necessary, simply come with an open heart and a willingness to create.

Meet your practitioner Rebecca Weinstein
Rebecca is a holistic practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher and Spiritual Life Coach. Her work is rooted in energetic healing, deep presence, and an intuitive understanding of the connection between body, mind and energy.
One of the greatest gifts she brings is her ability to listen deeply, not only to what you share, but to the subtle language of your body and energetic system. Rather than following a set sequence, she follows what she senses, letting your body guide each session.
She sees the body as an intelligent, interconnected system with an innate capacity for balance. Her approach combines Reiki, meditation, intuitive energy work and gentle body-based techniques that support deep relaxation, release and greater ease.
Through her private practice, Healing With Rebecca, she supports people through periods of stress, transition and change, and creates intimate healing circles, retreats and workshops. She is a member of the Integrative Wellness team at Northern Westchester Hospital, where she offers Reiki to support staff well-being.
