Rescheduled – New Date TBD
Join a small Carriage Barn group for a private tour of Grace Farms followed by a seated lunch at the Commons. Comprised of the SANAA-designed River building and Barns and situated on 80 acres of natural landscapes, Grace Farms is a center for culture and collaboration.
We will tour and learn about the award-winning River building, walk the extensive grounds and nature preserve, and learn more about Grace Farms’ mission and their work. Before sitting down for lunch at the Commons, we will also visit the two current exhibitions:
With Every Fiber aims to inspire understanding and care about the materials that make up the built world around us. This immersive and interactive exhibit is the result of collaboration and contributions from 20 preeminent designers, material suppliers, cultural institutions, and construction industry leaders already committed to the Design for Freedom movement.
Peace Forest, an immersive installation inspired by nature, offers an interactive experience highlighting how the landscape, architecture, and people at Grace Farms are part of the Foundation’s mission.
Meet at Grace Farms – 365 St Lukes Wood Road, New Canaan at 10:15am in the reception area.
