Calling all kids ages 7-10 who love to create, be imaginative and want to develop their artistic abilities.
Come get messy and experience the joy of art! The group will join instructor and artist Anita Bausman in the gallery for three after-school sessions to explore different mediums and techniques while socializing, listening to music and exploring their creativity.
Kids will have the freedom to explore their interests and creative inspiration, while receiving guidance and instruction and using a variety of mediums such as painting, collage and drawing. They’ll mix paints using acrylics and water colors and become inspired by various artists and styles.
A great winter activity for young creators — no experience required!
Materials and snacks provided.

Local mom and artist Anita Bausman attended Parsons School of Design in New York City. She has worked as a freelance artist painting murals and on canvas for over 20 years. Anita has hosted art classes for children of all ages for the past 5 years sharing her joy for art.
She shares her art work in art shows here in CT and through social media.
