Yoga & Sound Bath Classes

Saturday mornings April 6, 20, May 4 & 11

9-10am 

 

Join us Saturday mornings for a continuing wellness collaboration between the Carriage Barn and Grounded Meditation. This Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath series will engage both body and mind to help melt away the stresses of the week and start your weekend right!

After a brief opening meditation, we’ll stretch and loosen up with a gentle yoga practice, accompanied by the soft sounds of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and more. You’ll then sink into an extended Savasana like no other while you become immersed in the magical sounds of the healing instruments, creating vibrational energy to lull you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state.

Open to all levels; no experience needed. Please bring a mat and any other props for comfort- blanket, bolster, pillow, eye covering, etc.  

$40 per class 

For the last class on May 11, Diane and Catherine are offering a free “add on” guided walking meditation (this will last for approximately 45 minutes) in Waveny Park right after the class ends. Please register your interest below.
