Week 1: Homemade butter, compound butters
Together we will explore how to make good old fashioned butter, one of life’s simple pleasures! We will make compound butters using Fall’s best flavorful herbs.
Week 2: Fresh Tomato sauce
Learn how to make fresh tomato sauce from scratch, and explore all the essentials to making a successful batch of this crowd pleaser! Mix with pasta for a simple fast meal or snack.
Week 3: Making pasta (regular and gluten free)
Learn how to make fresh pasta, and enjoy the experience of beating, mixing and kneading. A useful life skill to develop…and you will taste the difference!
Week 4: Protein Bites
Discover how easy it is to whip up a batch of fresh protein balls. They are one of the best snacks to have on hand for easy healthy snacking after school.
