The Carriage Barn Gallery Committee met November 4th and looked through 410 photographs, color copies and digital images. Each submission was carefully considered. The final selection of works are listed below. Please do not consider your work not having been chosen for this show to invalidate your works artistic merit. Remember that a different selection committee would no doubt select different work. Your artistic practice – the passion that you bring to what you do – validates the result. I encourage you to continue to make art and find meaning in that pursuit. In the words of the ancient Greek physician Hippocrates, “Art is long. Life is short.”
