NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of Members of New Canaan Society for the Arts, Inc., a Connecticut nonstock corporation, will be held at the Carriage Barn Arts Center, Waveny Park, 681 South Avenue, New Canaan, CT  06840 on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time and at any adjournment or postponement thereof (“Meeting”) for the purpose of electing four members of the Board of Directors and transacting such other business as may properly come before the Meeting.  The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on October 1, 2024, as the record date for the determination of those members entitled to vote at the Meeting.  

The individuals below have been nominated by the Board of Directors to serve three-year terms:
